These were just fun to create, beautiful to look at, and delicious to eat up!

Laura Harp: It wasn't until I came upon the cookbook "What's Up Cupcake" did I hone in on my love for the delectable bite-size treats! I find that the time I get to spend in the kitchen brings out the sense of joy, relaxation, and spark of creativity that boils inside me. I love the smells that fill the kitchen while I bake, along with the time I get to spend meticulously tending to each individual cupcake. I love stepping back and seeing what I am able to create, but best of all, biting into the delicious delicacies takes the cake... or should I say CUPcake :o)
